Tips for a better list

• Use local hashtags. #realestate gives you the world; #dubairealestate gives you the agents you can actually meet.
• Add keep and drop words. Keep words like “clinic” or “salon” and drop words like “giveaway”, so the list stays on target.

Common problems

• “Instagram is cooling down to protect your account.” After three blocked responses in a row from Instagram, LeadTrapper pauses Instagram runs for two hours. Wait, then run a smaller search.
• “Waiting for active Instagram task to finish.” Only one Instagram task runs at a time, so the next one starts when the current one ends.
