Business leads in Dubai, area by area: pick an industry, pick an area, scan Google Maps and export CSV, with example areas Business Bay, DIFC, JLT, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Deira and Al Quoz

Search Google Maps for a business type and area, then export each business's phone, website and rating. In a real Dubai test, LeadTrapper collected 60 real estate agencies in about 13 minutes: 98% had a phone number, 97% a website and 47% an email.

Key Takeaways
  • LeadTrapper scans Google Maps for a business type and area and exports name, phone, address, rating, review count and website to CSV.
  • Works in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and any other city where Google Maps has business listings.
  • Phone numbers are exported as published on Maps. Run them through the Number Filter to see which are on WhatsApp before you message.
  • In a real Dubai test (real estate agencies, 24 September 2026, capped at 60) it collected 60 businesses in about 13 minutes: 98% with a phone number, 97% with a website and 47% with an email. Each business is opened one at a time, so a bigger search takes longer.
  • $50/year for all features, against $49 to $99 a month for Hunter or Apollo.

Why Dubai Is a Strong Market for B2B Lead Generation

Dubai is a dense market for B2B outreach, with real estate, hospitality, logistics, retail and professional services all listed on Google Maps. The challenge is not finding leads. It is finding them fast enough to outrun competitors who are calling the same owners. The quickest approach is Google Maps lead generation: collecting business contacts from public listings automatically, in minutes rather than hours of manual research.

The figures below come from a real Dubai run on 24 September 2026: a search for real estate agencies, stopped at the first 60 businesses. Google refused the first two areas, so the time includes the retries. Each business is opened one at a time, so time depends on how many listings a search covers. The full results of all our test runs are in a separate article.

How LeadTrapper Scrapes Google Maps in Dubai

LeadTrapper queries Google Maps the way a person would, by searching for a business type in a specific area, but it does the clicking for you. A search for “real estate agency” in “Dubai” collects the listed agencies with name, phone, address, rating and website, the public listing fields Google sets out in its Places API policies. It opens each listing in turn, at roughly seven or eight a minute in our Dubai test, so a large search runs for minutes while you do something else. Doing the same by hand means opening every listing yourself.

About 7 a minute
Measured once the first results appeared: about 8 seconds a business, with no clicking from you

A Dubai search is split into eight preset districts: Deira, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Business Bay, Al Quoz and Mirdif. To scan only one area, such as DIFC or JLT, search it on Google Maps, copy the address of the results page and paste it into Direct URL mode.

What Data You Get Per Lead

Every result includes the business name, phone number, street address, star rating, review count, website and a Maps link. Email, social links and a WhatsApp link are added when the business shows them on its own website, so those columns are often empty. In the real Dubai test (real estate agencies), 98% of businesses had a phone number, 97% a website, 47% an email and 32% a WhatsApp link. Other niches differ: only 69% of dentists in Amman had a website, and 15% an email. Phone numbers are exported as published on Maps, so run them through the WhatsApp Number Filter to see which are on WhatsApp.

The rating and review count fields are useful in Dubai’s market. A real estate agency with 4.8 stars and 200+ reviews is an established business worth targeting. One with 2 reviews and no rating is likely new or not yet active. You can sort and filter by these columns in the exported CSV.

Dubai Industries and Top Search Areas

Tip: A Dubai search scans all eight districts, so set the optional "Stop after" limit for a first test run. To target one area, use Direct URL mode with the Google Maps results page for that area.

Real estate — Dubai’s property market is one of the most active in the world. Searches for “property management company”, “real estate broker” or “landlord Dubai” return long lists of contacts across the Dubai districts, including Business Bay, Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

Hospitality and F&B — A search for “restaurant” or “cafe” in Dubai returns the listed venues with their phone numbers.

Professional services — Accounting firms, legal offices and marketing agencies are densely listed across DIFC and Business Bay. Recruitment firms and management consultants use these searches to build client prospect lists.

Logistics and trade — Al Quoz, Jebel Ali and Dubai Industrial City host many warehouses, freight companies and trading firms. A search for “freight forwarder Dubai” returns the listed companies with their phone numbers.

Retail and clinics — Beauty clinics, fitness studios and retail chains across Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and JBR are listed on Google Maps with phone numbers. Health and wellness businesses are a particularly dense category.

Exporting Leads and Sending WhatsApp Messages

❌ Old process ✅ With LeadTrapper
Search Google Maps manually, click each listing Rows fill in one table as the scan runs
Copy phone numbers one by one into Excel One-click CSV export with 13 columns
Manually send WhatsApp messages one at a time Bulk send to the whole list with automatic delays
Repeat everything for each new area or industry A new search is a new keyword and area

Click Export CSV to save every column. Run the file through the Number Filter, then load the clean list into LeadTrapper’s WhatsApp bulk sender. Allow for the scan time: at the pace we measured, 100 businesses take roughly 13 minutes once results start arriving, plus any time Google spends refusing a search.

What It Costs vs Competitors

Tool Pricing model Cost WhatsApp sender?
Apollo Per user per month Professional from about $79 billed annually ($99 monthly) No
Hunter Per month Starter $49 monthly ($34 billed annually) No
Outscraper Pay as you go About $3 per 1,000 records after the first 500 free; emails and other enrichment cost extra No
LeadTrapper Flat fee $50 a year, all features Yes

LeadTrapper costs $50 per year, which is $4.16 per month. Agencies that run a managed lead generation pipeline in Dubai price it individually, so get a quote before you compare. For teams that run lead searches regularly, a flat fee means no per-record or per-month charge grows with your volume.

For a guide to reaching those Dubai leads once you have them, see how the WhatsApp bulk sender handles spin syntax and anti-ban delays automatically, and how to structure a full B2B lead generation workflow from search to close. For businesses already advertising on Facebook in the UAE, the Facebook Ad Library scraper lists them by keyword. For Dubai businesses that promote themselves on Instagram, the Instagram lead scraper guide covers what it returns.
